As part of the Supply Chain Team, we engage in effective inventory demand planning, warehousing, logistics and distribution to ensure support for all Jazz Network & Commercial Projects are completed as per targets. We strongly aim at recruiting a team member well versed with the Inventory Management, Logistics and Warehouse Management skills of a medium/large scale organization including hands on experience for Oracle Inventory & Asset Management modules.

What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
 
Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products;
Develop understanding of telecom’s technology and commercial domains;
Meet relevant stakeholders Procurement & Inventory Category Managers, Various Functional Domains, Technology, Finance Fixed Asset, Financial Planning & Analysis, Performance Transformation, PMO and Compliance ;
Develop in-depth knowledge and understanding governance of supply chain function;
Develop understanding of End-to-End technical & commercial process flows over Oracle R12.
Develop understanding of Procurement Cycle (e.g. PO/PR process, contract management)
 
Within 60 days, you will:
Establish sound working relationship & understanding of the Functional teams and their needs;
To play active role for implementation of controls and governance of processes covered under supply chain;
Provide necessary support for smooth implementation of Oracle modules related to supply chain;
Close coordination with IT and PMO team for on-going Oracle change requests related to supply chain;
Provide necessary support to internal stakeholders in resolving disputes in the end-to-end process,
Develop understanding of Global Operating Model (TOM) for supply chain.
 
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Liaise with relevant departments/functions across the organization to ensure that developed strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall Departmental & Divisional objectives.
Take lead to implement Global Operating Model (TOM) for Jazz Supply Chain;
Update respective local Supply Chain Policy/Procedures as per TOM;
Close coordination with respective internal/external teams for SOX Controls testing and ensure its efficiency and effectiveness;
Work as “SME – Subject Matter Expert” for implantation of Oracle Fusion (Oracle Cloud) at Jazz as per HQ targets;
Lead the end-to-end system integration of 3PL WMS with Oracle Inventory module;
Collaborate & liaison with stakeholders to align the projects, plan & prepare the training schedule for systems knowledge to users and also recommends change requests for new system development and their implementation.
Assist in ensuring the resolution of the queries through scrutinize and managed data in an effective and efficient order which includes data cleansing and future migration;
Research, evaluate, and recommend different options to minimize costs and meet the Departmental & Divisional business needs.
Undertake any others tasks as required by the organization.

A bit about you:
We are looking for someone who has hands of experience in the fields of Supply Chain, governance & compliance and Oracle Inventory & Asset Management Module Implementation & dispute resolutions;
The individual should have prudence on inventory matters, strong technical and business knowledge of Oracle inventory; these skills are the cornerstone for this job role.
 
A bit about us:
The SCM Governance & Compliance team is part of Supply Chain Management Department. The team is responsible to manage the overall Inventory Operations which includes;
Logistics Management;
Warehouse Management;
Supply Chain Vendor Performance and Governance Management;
Undertake SOX and internal/external audits,
Process Transformation
Oracle Inventory & Asset Management System.
 
The structure of the team you will join is:
A 16-member team (including the stream head head) with 02 sub teams
You will be part of a 09-member sub-team reporting to the Manager SCM Logistics, Performance & Governance.
 
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Complete End to End inventory management of Technology & Commercial Business;
Ensure excellent & swift support to HQ (Veon) over various inventory related initiatives;
 
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team. What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
 Ability to build strong relationships, understanding requirements, identifying key deliverable, ensuring business viability with functional teams all across the organization in Technology & Commercial Streams and the group (veon).
Development of Supply Chain Governance platform including SCM related KPI monitoring & Compliance. 100% inventory transactions to be processed through Oracle with maximum accuracy.
 
The two (06) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results:
Working Capital and Inventory Related Target Achievement for 2017;
Warehouse Consolidation after Warid-Mobilink merger;
Inventory Disposals for over-aged & obsolete inventory;
R12 change requests related to Org. and item master updation;
Implementation of the new TOM (Target Operating Model) for Supply Chain;
Oracle Cloud Design Finalization

The three (03) must have past experiences the best candidate should have:
In depth knowledge of Supply Chain Governance & Compliance processes;
Expert knowledge of Oracle Inventory & Asset Management modules;
Project Management Skills
 
The two (02) must have technologies the candidate should have:
Technical expert of Oracle based ERPs and other Cloud based ERPs,
Project Management Tools
