Within 30 days, you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products
Develop in-depth understanding of Jazz Policies and Procedures
Meet other teams in DFS to understand the business and how each team contributes in achieving strategic objectives
Understand the digital financial services market, key trends, landscape and competitor moves
Understand our consumer products and services; meet internal stakeholders and other teams within the DFS domain
Understand ongoing tasks, projects and deliverables
Within 60 days, you will:
Be responsible for data reporting and analytics
Be responsible for KPI tracking and reporting
Be responsible for performance management of the business
Be responsible for customer campaigns’ analysis
Assist the team in business planning and forecasting
Execute management reporting in liaison with other stakeholders to ensure delivery of tasks
Enhance existing performance dashboards
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Take ownership of the performance management function
Suggest pricing and commission changes as and when required with detailed analysis of the impact on business
Critically evaluate campaigns and assist in the design of new campaigns and marketing spend
Prepare business cases for new client onboarding/product launches
Prepare strategic business cases and get necessary approvals
Identify new avenues of growth, commission reductions and efficiencies
Make detailed presentations and deep-dives as and when required

As the DFS Strategic Planning & Economics Unit our prime role is to provide direction to the business, develop strategy and represent the business in front of internal and external stakeholders.
A bit about you:
You have a can do attitude and are willing to take lead in situations that may not be strictly in line with your JD. You must be curious, willing to learn and like to take on responsibilities. The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and takes full ownership of their work. Being good with numbers is essential to succeed in this role.
You must be proficient in Excel (knowledge of SQL is a plus), be able to think on your feet, be confident in making decisions, and should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders independently.

The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
·Provide strategic direction to the business and assist the products teams to make decisions that create value for the DFS business as a whole
·KPI development, performance tracking and overseeing implementation of our business plans
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
· Developing business strategy
· Successful in meeting financial numbers for the last 6 months
The three (03) must have past experiences the best candidate should have.
· Good analytical skills
· Financial modeling skills
· working with multiple stakeholders / working in cross functional teams
The three (03) must have technologies the candidate should have.
· MS Excel
· Good presentation making skills
· Good to have: SQL/Access experience
Essential skills must have:
· Have an aptitude for numbers and have good analytical skills
· Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment
· Strong negotiation skills
· Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong partner relationships
· Good technical proficiency, literacy skills and a competent computer user
