We are looking for a Head of Operations to oversee daily activities across functions such as operations, product and customer on boarding and regulatory compliance.
The role will be responsible for designing policies, overseeing customer service and implementing product. Head of Operations will be a responsible leader with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge of the business along with a commitment to productivity and compliance.Ultimately, the role will ensure our operations run smoothly and that people are productive.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate business strategy with other stakeholders in the executive team
• Design policies in alignment with overall strategy
• Implement efficient processes and standards
• Coordinate with Banking operations to ensure compliance with KYC, AML and other regulatory matters
• Oversee Partner and Channel on boarding
• Coordinate customer service operations and explore ways to ensure customer retention
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection)
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
• Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
• Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
• Report on operational performance and suggest improvements
A Bit About You:
· We are looking for someone with proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role
· Experience with technology
· Comfortable working in a start-up environment
· Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
· Running efficient customer operations
