What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
-Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with a detailed orientation program where you will learn about Jazz’s core values, business, and products
Meet the relevant stakeholders concerning your team
Develop understanding of your division, function, its structure, and your role within the microcosm.
Develop understanding of the pricing team’s current strategy and future roadmap
Develop understanding of the all the customers
-Within 60 days, you will:
Establish good relationship with relevant stakeholders of the devices team e.g. B2B, B2C, Regulatory, brands.
Recommend ways to develop pricing strategy of all B2C and B2B portfolio ensuring achievement of business objectives
Recommend & develop new strategies on how to retain and bring new customers
Using analytical skills design action plan for achievement of sales targets, reduce churn, improve subscriber retention and dormant revival
Review the developed business cases for all new launches and change in existing products/projects
Monitor competitors pricing for similar products/services and recommend corrective action
Work with various segments to conduct BTL activities to increase usage and customer engagement
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Monitor revenue, subscriber and traffic trends and coordinate with the relevant segments to propose action plan in case of gap identification
Determine feasibility of new products and determine optimal pricing
Review and enhance the defined pricing dynamics for B2C and B2B Voice, SMS, Data, VAS and digital products taking into account internal costs, competition, regulation, and market constraints
Review post product/price change impact for all pricing initiatives and propose optimal way forward
Monitor the ongoing competitiveness and profitability of products/services
Coordinate with the regional teams to ensure on-ground incorporation of the devised Marketing Mix
Manage network load through product changes, ensuring cellular traffic to remain within network capacity constraints
Foresee innovative opportunities and projects to attract new customers and gain competitive edge
To closely monitor competitor performance and maintain/increase revenue and subscriber market shares
To coordinate with the regulator to secure approvals for effective launch of new/existing product changes
A Bit About You:
We are looking for someone who has already delivered on challenging projects and has taken end to end responsibility from analysing to implementation of $100M Plus products.Prior experience of Pricing, Governance & Analysis will be preferred.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to develop product ideas and convert them into tangible results to grow and manage GSM KPI’s. The individual should have sound business analysis, product development, analytical rigor and people management skills; these skills are the cornerstone for this job role.

The pricing team is part of the Pricing and Propositions Department within the Marketing in the Commercial Division. The team is responsible for
The structure of the team you will join is:
· A 20 member team (including the department head) with 03 sub teams
· You will be part of a 06 member sub-team reporting to a manager
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
· Pricing Governance of all JAZZ Product Portfolio with detailed regional focus
· Ensure Jazz continues to deliver on targets and highlight potential risks
