What’s in it for you?
Functional Project- Working with Regional Teams to do the research work and implementing smart solutions for room reservations, mobile access etc. at workplace and NWD Workplace Maintenance Plan based on Age of the Buildings.

Your JAZZ EXPERIENCE:
-           Responsible for key tasks assigned for business support and system improvement
-           Coordination with People Mangers for Manager Forum Execution / Follow up & Feedback
-           Prepare and present bi-weekly reports on the progress of pending tasks.
-           Understanding the prevailing system & proposing improvements/upgradations.
-           Coordination with Regional Teams for Real Estate/Workplace Data
-           To update workplace dashboard which includes Headcount/Seating Capacity
-           Attend team meetings/Route Minutes of Meetings among the team
-           Meet group of diversified professionals during your internship tenure which will allow you to build relationships
 
Eligibility Criteria:
·       Bachelors and Masters Students. (Graduating students who are 6-months to 1 year away from their graduation are encouraged to apply).
·       Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Project).
·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·       Self-directed and able to work without supervision.
·       Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
·       Interested in learning about modern Workplace.
·       Very task-oriented.
