What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
 
Within 30 days you will:
Go through the company’s on boarding process which includes orientation program
Understand culture at Jazz B2B segment; meet team members
Understanding of how you fit in B2B Corporate Solutions Model
Understanding of market dynamics and familiarize yourself with Large Accounts segment
B2B Large Accounts customer’s visits required on daily basis to generate voice, data business, retention and collection
Understanding of daily, weekly, monthly plan reports over view and submission process
 
Within 60 days, you will:
Move within tagged companies for revenue growth, complaint handling (after sales), retention & hunting of new accounts forrevenue generation purpose on daily basis
Explore new B2B market in region to generate business in region
Develop relations in tagged portfolio for revenue growth and selling new products
Focus on big wins for strong footing in Large Accounts sector
Performed / completion of physical visits in tagged portfolio & resolve their issues with coordination with relevant teams
 
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Understanding of quarterly performance review
Proactive and creative ideas for new flagship in B2B business

A bit about you:
We are looking for specific candidate who is dynamic, motivated and specifically speed up data business, devices, GSM business in region with his qualified selling skills in B2B segment. Candidate must have selling, negotiation, presentation skills to deliver his point of view to management & customers. Truly competent who have clear understanding related to business requirement for his further growth. Must have excellent market orientation and strong rapport in Corporate Sector at local level for which this position is being announced. 
 
A bit about us:
At Corporate Solutions: We Sell various GSM & Fixed Solutions within and outside our assigned portfolio in Large Corporate Entities, Nurture them, grow them and retain them.
 
The structure of the team you will join is:
You will be the part of Corporate Solutions Team that is sub part of Business Service Division. This position reports to the Manager Corporate Solutions who leads a team of talented Sales force. You will be based in Multan and will have more peers in your region (Gujranwala, Sialkot, Faisalabad & Multan). Your region is headed by Regional Manager Corporate Solutions, who is based in Faisalabad.
 
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Meeting Monthly Sales Targets in terms of Revenue Addition of an X amount through different products in GSM & Fixed Data segments
Meeting Retention & Recovery targets for your assigned portfolio
 
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team.
You will work in continuous collaboration with internal stakeholders like B2B Executives, Pre Sales Team, Customer Engagement Team, Regional Coordinators, Credit & Control department, Channel planning team, Finance team, Regional Manager Corporate Solutions and Head of Corporate Solutions.
 
What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
Complete cooperative efforts of these teams will result in smooth processes and problem solving which would immensely help in achieve the KPIs set by the company.
 
The two (02) specific tasks that team were working on in the last 6 months with results:
Meeting Assigned Targets
Strengthening Channel with tagged portfolio retention & revenue growth while building adjacencies
 
The three (03) must have past experiences the best candidate should have:
Telecom industry SELLING experience in corporate sector especially internet / data related products & GSM based solution
Direct Sales experience preferably in Internet / Data related services & GSM based solution
Candidate must be specialized in Portfolio Management & Collection.
 
Must have technology the candidate should have:
Microsoft Office specially Excel
