What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
-Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products.
Meet Corporate Solution team, understand the CS-BSD organogram and interacting with the internal teams in order to understand the operational flow of the sales process.
Establish working relationships with KAMs, Operations team, pre sales, channel planning and other marketing planning team members.
Completely understanding the Corporate Solutions and GSM products in order to operate efficiently and achieve the assign targets.
-Within 60 days, you will:
Interaction with the key customers. Meeting POCs of your team accounts on need basis.
Expand current customer base by spotting cross selling DATA & Solutions opportunities.
Identify and win new Large Accounts through effective new business development and account management.
Identify new customer opportunities in the area of solution selling.
Manage pipeline forecasts against the revenue targets.
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Play a proactive role in managing all activities that will increase sales through the team.
Be able to manage high revenue based opportunities in order to achieve the target.
Having a complete understanding of the contracts, terms and conditions including the marketing offers.
Developing strategic plans in order to increase the revenue.
Managing the sales activities in order to achieve the assigned targets.
Liaison with other teams in order to improve customer experience
Work on developing your team members as high performing individuals who have knowledge beyond their assigned tasks in order to enable them to perform their assigned tasks efficiently and focus on their future growth

A bit about you:
You are an experienced guy from Telecom and possess expertise in B2B Selling as well as team management. You have an excellent problem/crisis solving approach. Sales Planning is your core area, which will help you managing sales leads and to meet assigned targets. Quick Decision Making, Analytical Skills, Negotiations Skills & Interpersonal Skills are few basic traits you must possess.
You have strong relationships within the local corporate circles & trade associations. You have entrepreneurial skills of highest degree and through experience you have exhibited entrepreneurial qualities that have resulted in positive impact on business.
You have excellent communication skills and you are able to advocate/defend your business cases and decisions in front of management and stakeholders
The structure of the team you will join is:
You will be reporting to the Regional Manager Corporate Solutions. You will be heading a team of Key Account Managers that would be focused on managing the GSM and DATA Sales, Retention, & Recovery, and will be directly reporting to you.
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
1. Establish Jazz B2B as market leader B2B segments through most comprehensive portfolio of B2B product and solutions
2. Maintain and grow the market leader position in B2B segment by penetrating new specialized B2B verticals including Cloud Solutions, M2M, IoT, MFS and m-Agri,
