What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
 
Within 30 days you will:
Work with regional sales units in Jazz to ensure smooth deployment of Biometric Verification Devices (BVS) devices in the regions
Analyze BVS deployment and activation trends to ensure efficient usage of the devices
Send out daily dashboards of BVS Performance to the channel
 
Within 60 days, you will:
Finalize BVS Deployment strategy for 2018
Design promotions to engage Retailers and sales channels for BVS
Work with CVM Teams to run promotions to ensure customer retention and acquisition
Work with MFSPD, CC and Bank teams to improve processes related to DR
Work with product development team to finalize new product development and requirements.
 
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Aggressively chase Sales to ensure revenue achievement is on track as per forecast
Develop and approve KPI’s to engage BSD channel to tap clients for partnerships with corporate institutions (Alternate Delivery Channels) to provide MFS solutions
End to end management of management of Alternate delivery channels from contract negations, pricing, operations and performance monitoring post activation

JazzCash OTC Segment is the largest contributor to MFS Revenue. We have recently deployed BVS Devices to enable domestic remittances as per the SBP Regulation. As part of the OTC Segment you would learn to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and drive the channel to meet the KPI’s and Revenue targets.

A bit about you:
You should be a team player with a passion to build new financial services products. The incumbent should be well versed in financial services backend processes, banking standards and excellent project management skills.  
You should be a passionate product manager always looking for improvements in your product. Curious about global best practices and have a proven record of accomplishment of managing products on the commercial side

You will be part of the Digital and MFS unit reporting to the HOD OTC Segment
 
The structure of the team you will join is:
You will be part of OTC (Over the Counter) team with 3 peers directly reporting to HOD OTC. One of the team member will be your functional lead.
 
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Biometric Verification System Deployment strategy and execution
Alternate delivery channel development and onboarding
 
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team.
You will work with internal stakeholders like sales, product development, product managers, technology and bank team.  
 
What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
Coming up with tactical and strategic initiatives to meet departmental objectives and deliver big ADC Projects
 
The specific task that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
BVS Deployment and ADC Activation
