Within 30 days, you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products
Develop in-depth understanding of Jazz Policies and Procedures
Meet other MFS teams to understand the MFS business and how the team contributes in achieving the strategic objectives of the business
Get comfortable with data streams and the JazzCash business model
Understand ongoing tasks, projects and deliverables
Understand the MFS market, key trends and competitor moves
Within 60 days, you will:
Be responsible for KPI tracking and reporting
Track revenues & costs against budgets and forecasts
Prepare forecasts and provide feedback to the segments team on performance
Assist the team in the business planning exercise
Perform ad-hoc reporting, analysis and other tasks for the pricing & strategy function
Execute management reporting & liaison with other stakeholders (FP&A, marketing, Mobilink Bank) to ensure delivery of tasks
Evaluate business cases, price changes and marketing campaigns – perform cost benefit analysis
Maintain and enhance existing performance dashboards
Prepare presentations as and when required
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Make pricing & campaign decisions in line with the strategic objectives/budget
Prepare strategic business cases and get necessary approvals
Take ownership of the business planning exercise including developing budgets/forecasts in line with overall objectives
Work on the MFS strategy document and align all stakeholders to ensure its delivery
Identify new avenues of growth, commission reductions and efficiencies
Make detailed presentations and deep dives as and when required

As the JazzCash Pricing & Strategy team, our prime role is to provide direction to the business, develop strategy and represent the business in front of internal and external stakeholders.
A bit about you:
You have a can do attitude and are willing to take lead in situations that may not be strictly in line with your JD. You must be curious, willing to learn and like to take on responsibilities. The ideal candidate is innovative, detail-oriented, collaborative, and takes full ownership of their work. Being good with numbers is essential to succeed in this role.
You must be proficient in Excel (knowledge of SQL is a plus), have a knack of making great presentations and should be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders independently.

The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
· Be responsible to track, maintain and verify business numbers on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
· Involved in Bottom-up budget preparation for the year
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
· Overall business cost reduction
· Successful in meeting financial numbers for the last 6 months

· Be able to work in a high stress environment

· MS Excel
· Good presentation making skills
· Good to have: SQL/Access experience
