What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products
Meet with internal teams to understand the strategy of the function in line with CEO strategy and company road map.
Understand the function of Corporate & Regulatory Affairs division and understand how your role fits into the overall function
Develop in-depth understanding of the Monitor Report
Within 60 days, you will:
Assist the Monitor Report Implementation office in overall coordination for the execution and progress of the activities.
Coordinate and follow up with Hallmark Owners on bottle necks.
Work with Headquarter staff to ensure proper recording of progress.
Review, analyze and update the monitor report for Jazz and ensure its uniformity and efficiency
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Prepare weekly progress report on the implementation
Work with internal Stakeholders i.e. Compliance, Communications and Legal department for due diligence on issues.
Prepare for the Monitor visit in March 2018.
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Ensuring effective implementation of Monitor Report in the organization
Work with Headquarter staff to ensure proper recording of the progress.
The must have technology the candidate should have.
Essential skills must have:
Data Analysis in order to review and analyze data and be able to extract meaningful insights
Data Presentation skills for being able to present data in order to make quick decisions
Advance communication skills for managing cross functional projects.
