What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products.
Understand the postpaid sales model through franchise, ES organogram and interacting with the internal teams in order to understand the operational flow of the sales process.
Establish working relationships with regional sales teams, Operations team, pre sales, channel planning and other marketing planning team members.
Completely understanding the ES solution and GSM products in order to operate efficiently and achieve the assign targets.
Within 60 days, you will:
Product readiness, channel training and launch in collaboration with Regions, Commercial Planning & BSD Department.
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Focus on SOHO segment target achievement through Regional Teams by ensuring continuous & apt support.
Ensuring timely issuance of daily/weekly & monthly KPI reports to regional teams & management.
Continuous improvement in processes in liaison with regions and head office to ensure customer convenience & create better experience.
Leading on all commissions related queries for timely & correct disbursement.
Regular market/franchise visits with regional teams ensuring availability of marketing collateral, gauge training requirements & a check on market pulse.

A bit about you:
You are not necessarily telecom background professional but you are highly experienced in commercial planning functions. You have worked with top and senior management and have done active participation in critical commercial planning decision.
You have strong relationships within the local corporate circles & trade associations.
You have entrepreneurial skills of highest degree and through experience you have exhibited entrepreneurial traits that have resulted in positive impact on business.
You have excellent communication skills and you are able to advocate/defend your business cases and decisions in front of management and stakeholders
The structure of the team you will join is:
You will be reporting to the Head of Enterprise Solutions. You will be working directly with Regional postpaid Managers that would be focused on managing the sales to the SoHo segment through the franchise channel.
The main priority of the team as a whole is:
Establish Jazz franchise network as a solid contributor to B2B sales
