What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
 
Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products
Interact closely with your Regional Business Head and reporting line where you are expected to initiate dialogue and other forms of engagement, to identify key concerns and issues in business development, revenue generation and service delivery models from both customer and seller perspective
Meet with the indirect sales team to understand the strategy of the function in line with CEO strategy and company road map.
 
Within 60 days, you will:
Review regional targets received from the management and segregate them amongst the sales team to ensure franchises and retail network timely achieve it. Brief the Sales team & franchises about guidelines to achieve sales targets and monitor sales progress on daily basis
Ensure product visibility and channel incentivization as per defined SOPs; analyze market trends and competitor’s strategies/initiatives
Pro-actively review potential initiatives and emerging issues affecting market penetration leading to preemption of critical issues & taking steps to mitigate them ahead of time
Make recommendations to improve, change or streamline current practices & processes to improve market penetration, sales volumes and team productivity, while reducing unnecessary costs due to identified inefficiencies.
Ensure compliance with all distribution KPIs; Directs retailers and franchisers to maintain adequate product float and review related reports of each retailer; oversee and verify availability and functionality of bio-metric machines
Represent the organization on different forums within the region; ensure products are appropriately branded at public events by creating awareness of new products/services
 
Within 90 days and onward you will:
Build and sustain strong relationships with the Business Partners; which includes but not limited to marketing, sales, customer care, technology, digital etc. And, if needed, other enabling functions in Jazz, whose internal processes may affect the outcome of the Revenue generation and market penetration.
Develop and maintain the succession pipeline for your region
Engage employees in different team building activities to groom and motivate them. Coach and mentor team members as required and ensure resolution of any issues. Develop them to take on extra tasks as and when required. Also develop them as high performing individuals who have knowledge beyond their assigned tasks in order to enable them to perform their assigned tasks efficiently and develop them for future growth
Identify strengths and areas of improvement and devises strategies to replicate strengths and mitigate shortfalls accordingly
 
A bit about you:
We are looking for someone who has a passion for sales and distribution. You are expected to be a mentor and a leader with a track record of hiring and motivating great teams. You should have the ability to articulate broader business development strategies across the organization and act as a highly-visible executive spokesperson.
You should be someone motivated to deliver challenging projects while managing the end to end responsibility from planning to roll out followed by feedback.
 
A Bit About Us:
The Indirect Sales team is part of the commercial Division. The team is responsible for managing entire indirect sales channel as well all the coordination between different functions such as Technology, Business Intelligence, commercial planning, marketing, and finance at Jazz.
 
The structure of the team you will join is:
You will be based in Abbottabad. The regional team consists of 54 members (including the department head) with 08 sub teams
You will be part of a 05 member management team reporting to the Regional Business Head North
 
The four (04) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Drive the organization to work together for maximization of revenues and market penetration.
Support leaders in their role as cultural leaders in the transformation journey.
Engage the organization in managing retail relationships, revenue, and profit.
Build a consistent and uniform customer experience across all touch points and channels.
 
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team. What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
You will work with internal and external stakeholders usually with Sales, Customer Service, Technology, MFS & Digital and B2B etc. to create a customer-obsessed culture in the organization.
 
The three (03) must have past experiences the best candidate should have.
Proven track record of high achievement, preferably in Sales Management and Distribution
Channel Development and Extensive knowledge of Products and Services
Leadership
 
Must have technologies the candidate should have
Technology savvy candidates will be preferred with the ability to contribute towards digital distribution system
Ability to use Social media to engage customer and employees
 
Essential skills must have: 
Data Analysis in order to review and analyze data and be able to extract meaningful insights
Data Presentation skills for being able to present data in order to make quick decisions  
Advance communication and conflict management skills for managing cross-functional projects.
Be prepared to challenge existing practices and redefine customer experience. Challenge the status quo.
Ability to work in a matrix organization with minimal supervision
