What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
 
Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with a detailed orientation program where you will learn about Jazz’s core values, business, and products. Meet the relevant stakeholders concerning your team. Develop understanding of your division, function, its structure, and your role within the microcosm. Develop understanding of Commercial Planning ecosystem and its operations. Develop understanding of internal & external system integrations 
Within 60 days, you will:
Establish good relationship with relevant internal & external stakeholders. Build an understanding and recommend ways to improve the system flows. Build an understanding of network architecture & system design. Be involved in Commercial Planning project
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Manage all internal & external stakeholders. Take care of PR & payment process. Develop required reports related to budgeting & expenses. Develop & design new solutions & work on optimizations. Work on taking different initiatives.

A bit about you:
·         We are looking for someone who is dynamic & motivated to work up with statics & analysis
·         Analyze the budget/forecast estimates from all respective departments & critically review for correctness, accuracy & completeness
·         Manage Purchase Requisition (PR) in Oracle
·         Able to manage payment process including Invoices receiving, verification & processing
·         Well aware about the creation & mapping of Item & General Ledger (GL) codes as per need basis
·         Able to coordinate with Procurement team for PO issuance
·         Able to resolve the problems/queries raised by end user pertain to PRs and POs
·         Coordinate with vendor on I supplier and invoice related issues and will be able to provide on time resolution
·         Able to generate periodic financial reports along with book for accruals & reversals
·         Ensure all requirements of Compliance are met for Budget/Forecast/Business Plan
·         Work in close liaison with other departments
 
The structure of the team you will join is:
You will be the part of PMO Commercial Team that is sub part of Marketing Division, Commercial. This position reports to the Stream Head of PMO Commercial and you will be based in Islamabad
 
Essential must have skills:
Strong analytical and quantitative analysis skills
Knowledge of tools, concepts & methodology of business analysis
Strong Project Management skills;
Result driven approach towards daily tasks
