What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
 
-Within 30 days you will:
- go through the company’s on boarding process which includes orientation program
- meet your line manager and the regional team to understand the work culture at Jazz
- grow an understanding of how your role fits into the regional team, your tasks and how you will carry them out
- grasp deep knowledge of your work and how it contributes to the overall success of the company
 
-Within 60 days, you will:
- monitor receivables and payables of the region by exercising effective financial controls
- resolution of BRS issues of respective region in order to avoid financial irregularities
- provide financial support to the channel team regarding deposits and inventory orders
- provide continuous support to the sales operations team for finance operations
- analyze performing and non-performing micro business units on the basis of revenue, cell sites and sales KPIs
- monitor channel collections and ordering
 
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
- take full ownership of the tasks that have been assigned to you
- be expected to develop healthy relations with the stake holders
- conduct sessions with the Regional Sales Heads on commission structures, disbursements and targets
- conduct training sessions on taxation and financial matters for the franchise staff and management
- engage in quarterly reviews of business center inventory and financial matters
- facilitate stakeholders in new process implementation covering financial aspects
- surprise/periodic regional channels performance  reviews and identification of potential growth/ improvement areas
- present monthly regional profitability review to the Regional Business Head

The ideal incumbent should be an excellent project manager as well as a creative thinker. This role calls for both a starter and a coordinator.
 
A bit about us:
In the Regional Team, we work with internal and external stakeholders to achieve regional sales targets and resolve issues that occur on daily basis which results in growth of Voice, data and JazzCash business.
 
The structure of the team you will join is:
Your team is a sub part of the Regional Operating model lead by the Regional Business Head. This position reports directly to the Regional Business Head who leads a big team of talent professionals with various sub teams.
 
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Achievement of monthly KPI targets such as Remittances, Cash in etc.
Increased penetration of jazz cash business in the assigned areas
 
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team.
You will work in continuous collaboration with internal stakeholders like MFS BDOs, Sales Distribution Supervisors, Area Sales Managers, MFS Executives, Business Support Manager, Sales Operations Executives and external stakeholders such as franchisee staff and management.
 
What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
Complete cooperative efforts of these teams will result in smooth processes and problem solving which would immensely help in achieve the KPIs set by the company.
 
The three (03) must have past experiences the best candidate should have.
Telecom industry experience
Exposure to financial reporting and operations management
Exposure to a rapidly changing and pressure environment
 
The two (02) must have technologies the candidate should have.
Microsoft Office specially Excel and PowerPoint
CRM and POS know how.
 
Essential skills must have
Excellent communication, conflict resolution and persuasion skills.
Proactive in solving day-to-day problems.
Result driven approach towards daily tasks.
