What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?

Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products
Meet with internal DFS & digital team to understand the strategy of the function in line with company road map.
Understand the function of Digital Financial Services division and how your role fits into the overall DFS strategy and function
Develop an understanding on the DFS products and processes and understand what your job requirements would entail.
Introduction/Interaction with stakeholders to understand the overall dynamics of DFS & digital product development domain.
Obtain training on product configurations and other aspects of day-to-day job.
 
Within 60 days, you will:
Work with peers on optimizing the UI/UX of the Jazzcash App
Work with peers to ensure development on the Jazzcash App (Ios and Android) in an agile model
Work with peers to obtain configurational requirements from business steams and understand the requirements clearly. 
Aid in performing system level configurations and perform thorough testing along with business teams.
Ensure support & maintenance of the services/solutions in place through responsible parties involved
 
Within 90 days to onward you will:
Support in managing App sprint deployments in an agile work model
Work with business to gain configurational requirements and understand the requirements clearly, this task is to be performed independently
Perform system level configurations and perform thorough testing along with business teams independently
Solely work on innovative ideas for new products in the digital banking and payments domain while performing end to end idea implementation
Evaluate and analyze the complete requirements raised by various segments and ensure the complete launch of the product.
Ensure support & maintenance of the services/solutions in place through responsible parties involved

A bit about you:
We are looking for someone who has already worked in Digital financial services and has basic knowledge about how Digital Financial Systems function and has basic understanding of the transactions and systems involved in successfully running an DFS system. We are looking for someone who has experience working in Apps. Someone who has good knowledge of Android and IOS design framework and experience in dealing with UI/UX customer centric designs.
 We are looking for someone who has knowledge about web-services development REST/Jason/Soap.

 We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and project management skills to be able to advocate/defend the business segment views of what is right—even if it comes in conflict/disagreement with different stakeholders —with professionalism, maturity, and a balanced, holistic view of any competing viewpoints
 
A brief about your department.
In Product Development team, we work on the idea of conceptualization, design, development all the way till final delivery of newly created products or newly re-branded products. Our main goal as Product development team is to conduct R&D activities and develop conceptual framework for product innovation and to plan, design and deliver products in lieu with business initiatives and to ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.
 
The structure of the team you will join is:
A seven (07) member’s team with no sub teams.
 
Main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Provide enriched, differentiated and rewarding experience for areas related to digital financial services
Ensure alignment of all total rewards with company focus and Jazz values
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of all our products
 
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team.
You will work with internal and external stakeholders including segment heads, internal Business teams, technology teams, partner bank and all functions of the company for effective planning, development and roll out of the DFS/ Digital initiatives. You will also be required to meet and discuss ideas with external partners for new products.
 
What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
Coming up with unique customized variable solutions, performing accurate system level configurations and ensuring timely app sprint deployments focused towards delivering business needs in stipulated timelines.

Team has successfully launched the Jazzcash App for its Mobile Account Customers
Team has successfully launched flexible commissions module for its agents
 
Must have past experiences the best candidate should have.
Mobile Financial Services Platform
System and Product Level configurations
Knowledgeable in user research, interaction flow design, wireframing, prototyping and optimization.
Good understanding of Android/IOS applications design and security framework
Familiarity with functioning of API’s (Application Programming Interface)
 
The four (04) must have technologies the candidate should have.
Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint
Create interactive prototypes/ rapid wireframing for usability testing with tools like Axure, Sketch and Invision
Understanding of basic Javascript and its exploitation for design
API Clients (Application Programming Interface)
Understand basic HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks
 
Essential skills must have: 
Project Management
Experience working within established design patterns and styles
Familiarity with responsive design
Advance communication/negotiation skills for managing cross-functional projects.
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Team player
