What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
-Within 30 days you will:
·       Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where the candidate will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products.
·       Meet relevant stakeholders and teams handling various business streams such as ISG and Cyber Security, IT teams, Commercial Teams, RAN CORE TXN L2 teams etc.
·       Develop understanding of the team contribution: Network access management and security audits.
 
-Within 60 days, you will:
 
·       Managing user access on different platforms.
·       managing access rights as per valid business needs
·       managing access control policies i.e. account policy and password policy
·       revoke user access when required from network entity on timely basis
·       troubleshoot user issues and entertain Service Requests within defined SLA
·       Escalate issues to vendor where necessary and ensure response within vendor SLA.
·       Perform regular Single Sign On solution’s health checks, ensure platform 99% availability, verify connectivity with all integrated IT & Telco NEs, support for timely integrations of new NEs with SSO and provide relevant teams/users access on SSO.
                                                          
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
·       Conduct SOX Compliance & external audits, periodic user access & user activities review of critical technical/business platforms.
·       admin/super-user credentials management in a secure manner and provide access to teams/vendor on activity basis.
·       Coordination with IS Governance & Compliance Team for enforcement of ISMS policies and strictly ensuring organizational security policy compliance on all workstations and relevant systems.
·       Routine operations related to user management of critical business applications.
·       Ensure OSS, IDM and Single Sign On systems and databases backups.
·       Review and revise SOPs/MOPs for ISMS Access Control as per best industry standards.
·       Integration of new nodes and platforms with secure access solutions.

A bit about you:
 
·       Must have knowledge of Security Management function of IT & Telecommunication network platforms i.e. Huawei U2000, PRS, Ericsson IPTNMS/SO-EM, SPO and TN, ZTE NetNumen, Ericsson IN, VAS, Huawei MFS,AD,CRM etc.
·       Excellent communication skills and strong follow ups in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
·       Excellent knowledge of Linux/Unix directory structure and basic administration commands
·       Adequately familiar with industry standards like ISO 27001/27002 especially with regards to network & Information security.
 
A bit about us:
AMT  is a centralized team to manage a controlled network access to different platforms in the network as per best industry practices.
 
The structure of the team you will join is:
·       A 19-member team (excluding the department head) with 03 sub teams.
·       You will be part of a 06-member sub-team reporting to the head of QoS.
 
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
·       Access /identity management.
·       Manage user level operational issues and routine network audits.
 
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team. What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
Ability to build strong relationships with Internal Teams esp IT system administrations and cyber security, Network planning and operations, Business side POC’s.
 
Effective delivery of above mentioned tasks will be the result of better collaboration with internal stakeholders
 
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
To integrate business critical platforms with SSO solutions and manage their user management operations.
Penetration testing of different platforms for secure accessibility and network audits.
 
The three (03) must have past experiences the best candidate should have.
·       Prior experience on system administration.
·       Must have some background on security management policies.
Knowledge of how to do security audits.
 
One must have technology the candidate should have.T
