What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
-Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with a detailed orientation program where you will learn about Jazz’s core values, business, and products
Meet the relevant stakeholders concerning your team
Develop understanding of your division, function, its structure, and your role within the microcosm.
Develop understanding of Jazzcash ecosystem and its operations
Develop understanding of internal & external system integrations
 
-Within 60 days, you will:
Establish good relationship with relevant internal & external stakeholders
Build an understanding and recommend ways to improve the system flows
Build an understanding of network architecture & system design
 Be involved in MFS projects

 
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Manage all internal & external stakeholders
Develop & design new solutions & work on optimizations
Work on expanding the Jazzcash portfolio
Work on taking different initiatives
 
A Bit About You:
We are looking for someone who has already delivered on challenging projects and has taken end-to-end responsibility from planning to roll out within the mobile financial services team.Prior experience of product designing & financial systems will be preferred.
 
We are looking for someone who has the ability to develop product ideas and convert them into tangible results to grow mobile financial services business. The individual should have sound technical knowledge, product development, project management and relationship management skills; these skills are the cornerstone for this job role.
 
A Bit About Us:
MFS Technology looks after complete life cycle (ideation , design ,implementation, deployment and post deployment support ) for JazzCash Core and Ecosystem solutions which include Payment Gateway, Mobile Apps, Notification Services ,Biometric systems.

The structure of the team you will join is:
·         A 08 member team (including the department head) with 02 sub teams
·         You will be part of a 04 member sub-team reporting to a manager

The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
·         Develop & Build MFS Services
·        Ensure bug free and efficient services  

With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team. What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
Ability to build strong relationships with External Teams: Suppliers for different solution deployed for JazzCash.Our day to day tasks include coordinating with different partners/merchants being on boarded  to JazzCash
Ability to build strong relationships with Internal Teams: Business Units (Mobile Account, Payments, Corporate, OTC ) teams. Also, work closely with Compliance and Audit departments and liaison with technology teams like Infrastructure/Network and DB teams and work with Business planning teams for budget exercises.
 
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
·         Virtualization of complete JazzCash ecosystem re-design
·         Launch of JazzCash Mobile App and Payment Gateway
