Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products
Meet with the HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) & Security team to understand the strategy of the function in line with CEO strategy and company road map.
Understand the function of HSE in the Company, familiarize yourself with Company and Group policies on HSE
Develop in-depth understanding of Jazz Policies and Procedures.
Within 60 days, you will:
Develop a road-map of activities till Dec 31st.
Visit regional locations to understand the function and regional challenges in a better way
Develop a database of health practitioners to assist in camps and awareness sessions.
Executive Leadership Team should know you and your role.
Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Understand HSE and really ‘own’ it.
Develop a training calendar for the functional team as well as wider Jazz staff population.
Be in charge of all Orientation sessions, HSE presentations, etc.
Be responsible for all nationwide audits and corrective action plans.

A bit about us:
As the Stream Head for HSE, you will be responsible to prevent any major incident from happening in the Organization. You will run the program 360 degrees and also lead the team, manage their issues and keep senior management informed.
The structure of the team you will join is:
The HSE department consists of 5 people. There are regional Managers posted in Karachi, Lahore and Multan, and there is a Support Coordinator in the Head Office at Islamabad.
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
· Conduct periodic audits of all Jazz premises.
· Manage the entire Incident Reporting and Investigation process.
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team.
You will work with all Corporate Functions with regular interaction with the Chief Corporate & Regulatory Affairs and all Line Managers in the department. HSE engages with all staff members.
What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
The interactions will result in effective execution of the HSE strategy and prevent incidents and accidents.
