Job Description Office Manager /Digital Marketing Ebay/Amazon
Jbd distributions ltd is UK based Company dealing with ecommerce sales (eBay/amazon)
We are looking for an Office manager who possesses the passion and skills to lead a team of workers efficiently and effectively. Someone who has the experience to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. Knowledge of online market places especially eBay and amazon.
VERY GOOD COMMAND OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE IS A MUST!
- Manage all the Online Marketplaces Amazon, etc.
- Manage Products from Researching of Product to Final Sales.
- Research market in order to discover new trends and technologies in order to improve sales performance
- Manage all online activity, work on Keywords with marketing team and manage digital marketers in order to achieve sale targets.
- Manage all employees
- Setting daily targets and making sure they are working towards targets and not wasting time.
- Monitoring all employees work and progress on a daily basis and reporting back to uk office
- Making sure employees are not slacking and working efficiently
- Managing the day to day running of the office repairs cleaning etc.
Requirements
- Very good written and spoken English
- Internet Savvy, Social media user, Ability to learn quicker
- Experience in managing sales and marketing team
- Excellent understanding of Amazon, EBay and other sales channels
- Experience developing and overseeing digital marketing strategies
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels
- Knowledge of website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis and reporting tools
- Degree level in Digital Marketing or any related field
