Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Handling of affairs pertaining to government and regulatory authorities.
Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Ensure that the business facility is properly maintained from environment, maintenance and housekeeping point of view.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures; supervising the security guard force.
Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies.
Assist in emergency management and contingency planning.
Through implementation of policies and procedures, ensure that the premises maintains full compliance with all legislative acts including occupational health, Safety Act and other regulations.
Ensure all security personnel are properly trained in emergency procedures at all times.
