HSE Manager’s role & responsibilities is to establish and implement the HSE Management System in line with Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental Management Systems and corporate standards. The duties include but are not limited to the following;
1. Drive the HSE business strategy and initiatives.
2. Develop and implement annual HSE objectives & improvement plans
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify site HSE training needs, develop appropriate resources, and execute training sessions for employees and management staff.
