Job Description

Must have experience in providing technical product support to customers from english speaking countries. Must be fluent in english.

Main Responsibilities: 

  1. To maintain and track Hardware deliveries, chasing suppliers 
  2. To deliver multiple training and installations to each customer on different occasions e.g. New version requires a reinstall to all new customer 
  3. To facilitate the customer for integrating Payment sense and take care of it anytime they are facing any issues e.g. Reintegrating
  4. To be Available on phone for customer queries and raising tickets
  5. To provide Upsell hardware/payment sense/Software, giving more business solution on existing software 
  6. Test issues at first and file a report for further investigation 
  7. To Provide Hosting and Domain, Excel reporting on issues, performance Review, Feedback campaign, Drafting template emails, defining the processes, Videos for training and Knowledgebase 
  8. Provide Training to new Support agents
  9. To Deliver target based projects, interface design, feature review, and changes.
  10. To test software problems, customers’ demands on a new feature, helping them achieve maximum output.  
  11. Provide customer business requirements and profile their menu in Epos. 
  12.  To Work on Research of the new integration, collecting information on the product and features, reporting it to teams and estimating delivery times.
