Must have experience in providing technical product support to customers from english speaking countries. Must be fluent in english.
Main Responsibilities:
- To maintain and track Hardware deliveries, chasing suppliers
- To deliver multiple training and installations to each customer on different occasions e.g. New version requires a reinstall to all new customer
- To facilitate the customer for integrating Payment sense and take care of it anytime they are facing any issues e.g. Reintegrating
- To be Available on phone for customer queries and raising tickets
- To provide Upsell hardware/payment sense/Software, giving more business solution on existing software
- Test issues at first and file a report for further investigation
- To Provide Hosting and Domain, Excel reporting on issues, performance Review, Feedback campaign, Drafting template emails, defining the processes, Videos for training and Knowledgebase
- Provide Training to new Support agents
- To Deliver target based projects, interface design, feature review, and changes.
- To test software problems, customers’ demands on a new feature, helping them achieve maximum output.
- Provide customer business requirements and profile their menu in Epos.
- To Work on Research of the new integration, collecting information on the product and features, reporting it to teams and estimating delivery times.
