Jereh Oil & Gas Group is seeking a dedicated Product Manager with a strong engineering background to lead and coordinate product management efforts within the companys oil and gas division. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline and possesses significant experience managing technical projects and products. This role requires excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a small team of two individuals and collaborate across multiple departments. The Product Manager will be responsible for guiding the complete bidding, execution, and delivery lifecycle of compressor-related projects, ensuring that products meet quality and performance standards while aligning with client requirements.
The successful candidate demonstrates a strong learning ability and a keen willingness to master specialized engineering software, such as compressor selection tools, corrosion calculation software, and Aspen HYSYS. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and excellent English communication skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing are essential to perform daily duties and interact with global stakeholders. Experience as a Process Engineer, Project Engineer, or Project Manager in the oil and gas industry is highly valued. Responsibilities
Lead the full product lifecycle management for compressor-related products, from initial bidding to execution and delivery.
Manage a team of two professionals, providing clear guidance, support, and performance oversight.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure product specifications, quality standards, and timelines are met.
Engage with clients, engineers, and project teams to gather and analyze product requirements.
Utilize specialized engineering software for compressor selection, corrosion calculations, and process simulation to support product design and validation.
Prepare and deliver detailed reports, presentations, and documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
Monitor project progress and troubleshoot issues related to product development and delivery.
Facilitate effective communication across departments and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company policies.
Continuously enhance knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to oil and gas product management.
Support the bidding process by preparing technical proposals and evaluating project feasibility.
Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, and procurement teams to optimize product performance and cost-efficiency.
Maintain and update product documentation, manuals, and training materials.
Drive process improvements and contribute to strategic planning for product portfolio expansion.
