We are a foreign corporate recently established in Pakistan market and are in process of hiring various vacancies within our FMCG(Fast Moving Consumer Goods) produt. As professional manufacturer of household paper products, we are keen on serving the consumers with top quality product at affordable price.
Main Job Descriptions as followed:
· Promotes good customer relations by providing customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times;
· Execute company pricing guideline. Keep track and maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing database available. Responsible for releasing orders, payment terms and follow-up on payments (collection).
· Ensure accurate and timely execution of the sales contract/s, by work closely with the internal teams.
· Maintain professional communication channels with the clients and prospects aiming customer service and customer satisfaction. This includes replying swiftly and promptly to enquiries and quality claims.
· Assists in preparing reports pertaining to business development and sales to the senior management whenever required;
Candidate Qualifications:
· High-school holder above, with equivalent certification and experience preferred;
· Good command of English is a MUST;
· Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience in a similar role, preferable in Tissue paper sector;
· Thorough understanding of FMCG product marketing;
· Fast learner with passion for result and hunger for sales reward;
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach;
· Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations;
· Good knowledge of MS Office;
· Valid driver's license is a Plus;
