We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing & Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role supports multiple clients across New Zealand, Australia, Pakistan, Fiji, and Singapore, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth through innovative digital marketing and strategic business development initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality business leads across finance, insurance, and professional services sectors.
  • Identify and engage with prospective clients through digital platforms, targeted campaigns, and networking initiatives.
  • Support proposal writing, pitch preparation, and development of persuasive presentations to secure new business opportunities.

Digital Marketing & Branding

  • Manage and grow clients’ social media presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
  • Design and develop engaging content—videos, brochures, and animations—to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Oversee website content and performance, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand identity.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters to strengthen client engagement.
  • Support the creation and execution of cohesive branding strategies across multiple client portfolios.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and social media analytics, producing detailed reports to guide optimisation.
  • Track and report key marketing metrics such as website traffic, conversions, and ROI using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.

Collaborative Strategy

  • Coordinate with stakeholders across various client organisations to tailor marketing and sales strategies to unique business objectives.
  • Proactively propose innovative marketing and business development ideas to expand client reach and improve customer acquisition.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or related roles, preferably within professional services or financial sectors.
  • Proven expertise in lead generation, SEO/SEM, and social media management.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and leading social media management platforms.
  • Strong skills in content creation (videos, brochures, and digital campaigns).
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities with a client-focused approach.
