Develop Talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans

  • Determine current staffing needs and forecast future needs.
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Help the hotels in sourcing the right candidates for hard to fill roles
  • Plan and conduct recruitment & selection process
  • Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement 
  • Review employment applications and conduct background checks
  • Suggest measures for improving employee retention
  • Monitor market trends in hiring practices and ensure our strategy is in line with the market.
  • Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the agreement and payment process.
  •  Ability to organize career drives for new and upcoming hotels.
