JMD Solutions is seeking motivated and talented Content Writers to join our team on-site in Lahore. As a Content Writer, you will play a crucial role in transforming ideas into clear, compelling, and engaging content that effectively communicates with diverse audiences. You will also have the opportunity to manage and collaborate with a team of 10 writers, ensuring consistency and quality in content development.
In this position at JMD Solutions, you will work closely within a dynamic environment, focusing on packaging and e-commerce content as well as broader marketing materials. The ideal candidate holds at least one year of professional writing experience and a bachelors degree in English, Communication, or Marketing. This is an on-site role located in Johar Town, Lahore, where direct collaboration and real-time brainstorming are highly valued to maintain the high standards of JMD Solutions content output.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear, engaging, and original content tailored to different audiences including B2B and B2C sectors.
- Research and analyze industry-related topics to produce accurate and insightful written material.
- Implement SEO optimization strategies including keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization to enhance content visibility.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure error-free, high-quality articles that align with brand guidelines and tone.
- Create compelling headlines and meta descriptions that improve content click-through rates and overall user engagement.
- Manage content publishing through Content Management Systems (CMS) and oversee updates to maintain content relevance.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop content that supports brand goals and product campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of published content using SEO tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush to adjust strategies effectively.
- Lead and support a team of 10 content writers by providing guidance, feedback, and training to improve productivity and quality.
- Adapt writing style and tone according to the target audience and platform to maximize impact and reach.
- Stay informed of the latest content marketing trends, SEO advancements, and digital publishing best practices.
- Coordinate and manage multiple content projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
- Simplify complex technical or product information into accessible content for wider audience understanding.
