You will assist in smooth running of the Training Department Food & Beverage Section as well as the Operations Teams to drive important and meaningful interventions &programs that measurably enhance service standards and productivity.

Ø  Conduct trainings and assess student on given courses  

Ø  Dispense with all correspondences for the department (incoming and outgoing) promptly and efficiently, including assisting to clear official mail box in regular intervals.

Ø  Monitor and track the system for the department thereby ensuring that all pertinent matters are actioned on time.

Ø  Set up and maintain relevant files for reports, catalogues and manuals, training, etc.

Ø  Maintain a cordial approach towards all incoming staff enquiries.

Ø  Ensure filing away of all documents without a reasonable manner of time.

Ø  Assist with School visits or family trips whereby you will be engaged to assist with escorting such groups when received around the property being a representative of the institute to such visiting groups.  Refreshments where relevant must be organized in advance.

Ø  Assist your Department Head in compiling training materials, and in coordinating and scheduling trainings (in-house and external) when relevant.

Ø  Timely preparation of all relevant reports for the department, set up a calendar system for follow up on reports on a timely basis when due.

Ø  Work closely with accounts in preparation of month-end reports for staff, for example, sick leave due, emergency leave and absent etc.

Ø  Assist in coordinating & organizing of Staff held special events during the year when scheduled, for example, sports days, competitions, staff parties, etc.

 

Ø  Maintain strict confidentiality on all staff related matters and any/all matters concerning the Human Resources Office.
