We are keen to employ highly competent Accounts Manager to strengthen our business related financial data, prepare accurate statements, budget forecasting, costing and reporting financial data of our company.
Key Accountabilities:
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
- Conducting cost, revenues analyses and bookkeeping ledgers.
- Payroll preparation and record payments with all supporting documents.
- Maintain a finance database and ensure the information will be accurate and readily available.
- Reconciliation of banking transactions, vendor payments and expenses.
- Completing analysis of the employee expenditures and all raw materials.
- Managing income and expenditure accounts.
- Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data.
- Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status.
- Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations.
- Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company Requirements.
- Assist with other accounting projects.
Qualification:
- CA Inter with experience of 3 to 5 years along with articles
