Responsibilities
- Manage the entire E-commerce order fulfilment process.
- The incumbent will be responsible for the overall operations related to order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with the logistics to ensure timely pick-ups.
- Keep a note on every parcel delivered, rejected or returned
- Build and implement solutions for and transit time delays.
- Manage day to day price updating of products.
- Keep in touch with vendors on daily basis.
- Making new vendors on board on daily basis for smooth operations.
Qualification
- Bachelors / Master's degree in Supply Chain or Business-Related Degree
Experience
- 2-3 + directly relevant E-commerce operations experience. An ideal candidate should be a self starter & problem solver. Excellent analytical, communication & problem solving skills.
