We are looking for Export Operation's Security Assistant who will be responsible for the following;
- Close coordination for receiving international shipments from domestic operations/ line hauls.
- Thorough physical checking of shipments for any contraband / banned items and narcotics.
- Checking and verification of all export documentations.
- To check and ensure complete SOPs being followed or not, before forwarding every shipment.
- Checking and repacking of all export shipments as per packing standards.
- Ensure shipments safety while packaging/ repacking.
- Coordination for pickup and delivery of documents to/from agents, co-loaders and custom agents.
- Booking (final dispatching / forwarding) of line haul loads or shipments forwarding.
- Close coordination with Export Gateway/Operations Manager, airlines and Co-loaders/agents.
- Shipments on time processing to meet all cutoff timings.
- In case of any shipment's interception to handle and deal with ANF / Govt . agencies.
- Salary Up to PKR 35,000 per month
- Educations: Bachelors
- Experience of 1-2 years preferably in logistics / courier company
