Perform product end-to-end audit/shipping quality audit
- Perform quality inspections and audit at Weld, Paint and Assembly processes
- Perform 5S activities and identify hazards in production floor
- Defect investigation and problem resolution
- Maintains efficient operation of all activities
Additionally the incumbent:
- Should have knowledge about Quality Assurance standard and memorization.
- Preferred to have hands-on experience tool & equipment
- Advance computational skills and communicational skills.
- Should have excellent audit skill for complete vehicle audit
- Should have learning and teaching capabilities to learn and train other members.
- Any specialized certification in vehicle audit is an added advantage
- Should have excellent skills to diagnose FH and RQA problems
