About Us

About the role
- Assist strata/building managers and real estate firms with training and onboarding
- Assist stakeholders with using the platform and processing their work orders
- Process and authorise compliance documentation
- Analyse customer data to improve customer experience
- Provide tier 1 support through phone and live chat
About You
- Min 1-2 years of experience in customer support dealing with international clients
- Min bachelors degree from a top-tier institute
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and able to multi-task
- Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software
- Previous SaaS industry experience is desirable
