General objectives of the function: To support the implementation and follow-up of project locations which aims to strengthen national capacity to respond to COVID-19 pandemic in Pakistan;
Key Responsibilities
- To prepare all procurement & requests needs related to the project, by preparing all needed materials and collecting all specifications for the items needed from the team in a timely manner
- To participate in assessments and exploratory activities and if requested to attend external or internal meetings with field partners.
- To support the Project Manager for planning & organizing the training in the targeted area of intervention
- To follow and maintain contacts with local partners (Department of Health, consortium partner, international organizations, NGOs, etc.) on the relevant aspects of the program
- To collaborate and participate in any field survey, data collection, and/or need assessment organized by the employer
- To support the Project Manager in reporting, by collecting the reports from the field, data management and analysis and compiling
The position’s requirements are:
Academic Qualifications: Master or equivalent degree in Public Health, MBBS or any related field.
Experience: At least 2 years experience in a similar position with considerable experience in implementation and follow-up of health programs; preferred training in project implementation/management, emergency operations with an INGO/NGOs.

Conceptual Competencies: Leadership and Team Management/ Strategic planning and Vision/In-depth Analysis and Problem Solving
Transversal Competencies: Attitude, behaviour flexibility & Adaptability/Complexity and Stress Management/Emotional Intelligence, Creativity and Initiative
Technical Competencies: Computer-related skills (Microsoft pack).
Linguistic Competencies:
- Good communication skills in English, Pushto & Urdu other languages are added advantage.
