General objectives of the function: To support the implementation and follow-up of project locations which aims to strengthen national capacity to respond to COVID-19 pandemic in Pakistan;
Key Responsibilities
The position’s requirements are:
Academic Qualifications: Master or equivalent degree in Public Health, MBBS or any related field.
Experience: At least 2 years experience in a similar position with considerable experience in implementation and follow-up of health programs; preferred training in project implementation/management, emergency operations with an INGO/NGOs.
Competencies:
Conceptual Competencies: Leadership and Team Management/ Strategic planning and Vision/In-depth Analysis and Problem Solving
Transversal Competencies: Attitude, behaviour flexibility & Adaptability/Complexity and Stress Management/Emotional Intelligence, Creativity and Initiative
Technical Competencies: Computer-related skills (Microsoft pack).
