A non-profit organization, based in Bahria Town Islamabad and operations all over the country, is seeking the services of an efficient person to contribute to and support the Operations Department

The position will be reporting to Manager Operations; the specific job responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Carrying out recruitment and selection cycle and assisting Manager Operations in all the activities
  • Carrying out induction activities; orientation, Office visit, induction form signing and
  • Assist Manager Operations in performance evaluation system upon confirmation, annually and as required
  • Assisting Manager Operations in employee relations function
  • Update competencies and skill level charts of all employees
  • Identify staff development and training needs and recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses based on TNA.
  • Conducts training sessions, workshops, conferences, and seminars when required.
  • Performance Management and Improvement System
  • Monitoring of Performance Appraisals
  • Organize monthly Employee of the Month
  • Assisting Manager Operations in disciplinary process activities.
  • Carrying out separation procedure and exit interviews.
  • Effective coordination and communication with Managers
  • Documentation & Updating Personnel files and maintaining staff personnel files in a confidential manner, and ensuring that all personnel files are complete.
  • Foster and facilitate the development of cooperative professional relations between and among staff at all levels
  • Assist Manager Operations in building up of healthy and sustainable company culture based on core values and a code of ethics
  • Maintain continuous liaison and communication with officers and supervisors to address work performance problems.
  • Serve as a Human Resource Liaison with the department(s) to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships.
  • Conduct inquiries where required
  • Grievance handling
  • Oversees development of Job Description for new positions and ensures updating of existing Job Descriptions on an annual basis
  • Manage payroll for the complete project
  • Any other task assigned by the Manager Operations

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A Human Resource Officer role is well suited to candidates aged 30-35 years and with the below qualification:
  • BBA/MBA in Human Resources with 03-05 years of relevant work experience (Experience in the Development Sector will be preferred)
  • The position needs to be filled on an urgent basis that may be filled before the closing date, viz., June 12, 2022  Market competitive salary package commensurate with qualification and experience will be offered.
