- Clean office and guesthouse, bathrooms,corridors , window glasses ,office assets (desk ,tables ,furniture etc)
- Make and serve tea for staff.
- Clean Kitchen 2 times a day.
- Help cook to serve up lunch.
- Collect back all crockery after a meal.
- Help cook in washing crockery.
- In absence of cook can prepare tea.
- Ensure general cleaning of office compound.
- Clean daily office compound and make sure the garbage are collecting by collector regularly.
- Clean Guest house corridors, bathrooms.
- Change the bed sheet, pillow sheets once a week of Guest House.
- Make sure that blankets, and mattresses are receiving enough sunshine in winter.
- Ensure that all electrical items are working in good condition.
- Does inform Administration in case of any damage or defects of any appliance.
- Responsible for generator operation and maintenance.
- Scanning, Photocopying etc.
- Archive management etc.
- Store rooms management. etc.
