RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Learning Enablement Specialist, you will be required to:

  • Collate information and training content from teammates, subject matter experts and internal departments as devised in the L&D Strategy.
  • Use Instructional Design model to develop and design learning resources including e-learning, facilitator guides, participant materials and job aids, using latest technology, tools & processes.
  • Support the deployment of our learning offerings including maintaining our courseware & curriculum, learner enrollment and completion, pre and post course requirements and other required tasks in our LMS.
  • Learn LMS capabilities and train internal workforce for adoption and usage.
  • Report on our learning operations via custom reports using LMS.
  • Be proficient with various authority tools (Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Elucidat or other tools) for producing self-paced e-learning courses & product demos as required.
  • Experience with and knowledge of design principles like (ADDIE, Gagne's 9 Events, Bloom's Taxonomy, learning evaluation).
  • Proven application of instructional theories and adult learning principles.
  • Create and develop relevant curriculum on a variety of professional development topics as requested by stakeholders.
  • Conform to Media, Legal, Security, privacy and compliance requirements while developing and designing learning resources. 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors/Master’s Degree in Communication, Education, Project Management or Other related fields.
  • Advanced Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Flexible and adaptive to the dynamic needs & requirements of L&D department.
  • Go getter attitude to bring innovative solutions on the table.
  • Expertise in various video production software and authority tools.
  • Experience in scaling global training programs preferred.
