Job Summary:  

  • Under the direct supervision of the Head CFC's/RFD, CFC Manager will be responsible for achievement of allocated business targets of
  • Sales/collection/recovery.
  • Targets for personal loan, Auto lease, Fleet financing, House Loan, PMKJ targets monthly yearly, to visit BOP branches for lead generation and provision of services. 
  • Coordinate with CIU for timely approval and disbursements,
  • Liaison with registration team for timely registration, provision of number plates.
  • Coordination with sales team for achieving the desired results.
  • Ensure compliance of Auto Policies & SBP PRs.

Basic Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, from a HEC recognized University/ Foreign University. Preferences will be given to MBA/M.Com.

Age: Up to 55 Years as of October 27, 2022.

Experience: Minimum 07 Years of banking experience with 03 years relevant experience.
