Job Responsibilities:
- Develop various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
- Support all activities related to the provision of forecasts for marketing expenditures and their commercial rationale during the process of preparing annual company plan, periodic resource allocation exercises and during new investment discussions.
- Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective.
- Analyze historical and projected financial statements.
- Conduct industry and market research
- Review company information.
- Prepare documentation for internal processes.
- Participate in investment negotiation.
- Perform various valuation methods – comparable companies, precedents, and DCF.
- Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.
- Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks.
- Develop relationships with new and existing clients in order to expand the business.
- Create presentations for client portfolios.
- Provide management to staff and leadership to the organization that aligns with the company’s business plan and overall strategic vision.
- Work closely with senior management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitably and efficiencies within the company.
