- Chalk out and ensure compliance of annual plan for inspection, testing and maintenance of the Fire Fighting infrastructure of the facility.
- Ensure compliance of the annual plan related to the Fire Fighting infrastructure.
- Conduct mock Fire Drill on monthly basis.
- Conduct rehearsal of Emergency Response Plans on monthly basis.
- Conduct awareness sessions with JV and contractor\'s staff.
- Ensure third-party inspection / calibration of the firefighting equipment i.e. Fire Extinguishers, LEL meter etc.
- Conduct risk assessment on quarterly basis and take necessary steps to mitigate the risks.
- Ensure HSE induction of the visitors and contactors as and when required.
- Ensure issuance and compliance of Permit to Work (PTW) during maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with Incharge Shifts and supervisors for compliance of HSE standards.
- Ensure necessary arrangements / preparations for HSE audits conducted by internal / external inspectors.
- Ensure corrective / preventive actions against audit observations.
- Maintain the record related to HSE activities.
- Chalk out and ensure compliance of annual plan for inspection, testing and maintenance of the aviation components.
- Ensure compliance of international standards during inspection and testing of the aviation components.
- Ensure calibration of the measuring instruments from third-party and in house for field instruments.
- Ensure necessary arrangements / preparations for audits conducted by customers and international inspectors.
- Ensure corrective / preventive actions against audit observations.
- Maintain the record for activities related to Quality Control in accordance with International standards.
- Chalk out and ensure compliance of annual plan for inspection, testing and maintenance of the equipment and infrastructure.
- Ensure serviceability of all the equipment and keep the infrastructure functional.
- Ensure compliance of HSE standards during maintenance related activities.
- Ensure availability of the spares and consumables for Electrical, Mechanical and Aviation components.
- Ensure corrective / preventive actions against observations made during shift operations and audits.
- Maintain the record for activities related to maintenance.
