Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling communications, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors promptly and courteously, directing them to the appropriate person or department as needed.
- Professionally answer incoming phone calls, screen and route them to the relevant staff members or departments.
- Oversee front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining an accurate visitor log to ensure security and organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area that reflects the company’s professional image.
- Manage courier services and handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently to support timely communication and delivery.
- Perform essential administrative tasks such as filing documents, scanning paperwork, and entering data into company systems to support office workflows.

Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in both English and the local language, enabling clear and effective interaction with visitors, clients, and colleagues.
- A pleasant and professional demeanor, with an appearance that aligns with the company’s standards.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email management.
