Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries via phone and online platforms, ensuring timely resolution of service-related issues. This role requires effective communication skills in both English and Urdu, with a neutral dialect, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to resolve faults promptly. The position demands attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and the flexibility to undertake special tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally, addressing inquiries and providing clear, accurate information regarding our services.
- Deliver online support to customers, assisting them with service-related questions and troubleshooting guidance.
- Monitor and follow up with the Operations team on fault rectifications that have not been resolved within 48 hours, ensuring timely closure.
- Create and close Network Trouble Tickets (NTTs) efficiently to document and track service issues.
- Maintain comprehensive fault records for assigned regions, ensuring data accuracy for reporting and analysis.
- Execute any special tasks or projects assigned during duty hours, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to team needs.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Urdu, with a neutral dialect, is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle customer interactions and document service issues accurately.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently while maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
- Basic technical understanding of network services and fault management processes is preferred to facilitate effective troubleshooting and ticket management.
