Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic International Sales Executive with a strong expertise in SEO and Social Media Marketing (SMM) sales to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving global sales efforts, building and nurturing client relationships, and promoting our comprehensive digital marketing services to an international audience. This role demands a proactive and adaptable professional who can effectively engage with diverse markets and consistently deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue potential international clients interested in SEO, SMM, and other digital marketing solutions. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate qualified leads and successfully close deals. Conduct detailed market research to stay abreast of global trends and competitive landscapes within SEO and SMM services. Present service offerings persuasively, negotiate contract terms, and finalize agreements to secure new business. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and ongoing SEO and SMM campaigns. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business. Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets. Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in SEO, SMM, and the broader digital marketing industry.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in international sales, preferably within SEO, SMM, or digital marketing services. A solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, alongside proficiency in Social Media Marketing across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to manage and coordinate work effectively across multiple time zones to support international clients. Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce to manage client interactions and sales pipelines efficiently. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and driven by targets and results.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in B2B sales within digital marketing agencies is highly desirable, providing valuable insight into agency-client dynamics. Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads will be considered a strong advantage. Multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse international client base. This is a full-time, in-person role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 80,000 to Rs 120,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
