Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to join our team in Islamabad. This full-time role involves managing and enhancing our online presence across major social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in content creation, graphic design, and social media management, along with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and strategies to increase engagement. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM on Saturdays. This position is based in our G8/4 office.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This includes creating visually appealing posts, stories, and reels designed to engage and grow our audience. Developing creative content ideas tailored to each platform is essential to maintain a consistent and vibrant online presence.
Regular scheduling and uploading of content will ensure our channels remain active and relevant. Monitoring social media interactions and responding promptly to comments, messages, and queries will be part of your daily routine. You will also plan and execute paid advertising campaigns, with a particular focus on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), to drive targeted engagement.
Analyzing performance metrics is crucial to optimizing our social media strategies for better reach and interaction. Staying updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices will help keep our approach fresh and effective.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least one year of proven experience as a social media specialist, marketing professional, or in a related role, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns. Proficiency in creating engaging visual content, including graphics and short videos or reels, is essential. Experience with design tools such as Canva and Photoshop is required.
Knowledge of video editing applications like CapCut or Adobe Premiere for producing reels is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is a significant advantage. Strong communication skills combined with a creative mindset are necessary to thrive in this role. The ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively is also important.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Practical experience and a compelling portfolio will be highly valued.
