Job Summary
HRCONSOL is collaborating with a prominent Pharma/Healthcare organization based in DHA Phase 2, Karachi, to hire a motivated and results-driven Sales Leader. This role is ideal for a professional passionate about corporate wellness and B2B sales growth. Key Responsibilities
The Sales Leader will be responsible for spearheading B2B sales strategies aimed at accelerating business growth. This includes designing and executing impactful sales plans and campaigns specifically tailored to meet the needs of corporate clients. Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers is critical to fostering sustainable partnerships.
Additionally, the role involves monitoring the sales team’s performance by setting clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The Sales Leader will provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to ensure that sales targets are consistently achieved. This leadership role requires a hands-on approach to managing the team and driving results through effective sales execution.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within the corporate wellness, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors. A strong track record of developing and implementing sales strategies that generate measurable business growth is essential.
Excellent relationship-building skills are required, with the ability to engage, influence, and maintain rapport with key stakeholders at various organizational levels. Experience in managing and motivating sales teams to meet or exceed performance goals is also necessary to succeed in this role.
