Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and resourceful Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our company’s social media presence. This role involves managing all social media accounts, including active, blocked, and newly created profiles, with a primary focus on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the U.S. social media landscape and excellent English communication skills. Responsibilities range from content creation and audience engagement to ad campaign management, account recovery, and strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor all company social media accounts, including active, blocked, old, and new profiles, ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms. You will be responsible for running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, targeting lead generation, brand awareness, retargeting, and other marketing objectives. Planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram will be a core part of your role.
Engagement is critical, so you will actively respond to messages and comments, fostering community growth and maintaining strong relationships with followers. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to align social media messaging and campaigns with broader business goals. You will also track social media analytics and prepare detailed monthly performance reports to measure success and inform future strategies.
Additionally, you will coordinate with Meta and LinkedIn support teams to resolve account-related issues, including account recoveries. Staying up to date with the latest U.S. social media trends and competitor activities will help you maintain a competitive edge and ensure our social media efforts remain relevant and effective.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience managing social media accounts for U.S.-based businesses. Expertise with Meta Ads Manager is essential, including skills in campaign setup, budgeting, A/B testing, and reporting. A strong understanding of LinkedIn marketing and content strategy is also required.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are mandatory. The ability to manage multiple social media accounts and platforms simultaneously is crucial. Candidates should have a solid grasp of U.S. digital culture, audience behavior, and ad targeting best practices. Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite is expected. While not mandatory, graphic design and video editing skills will be considered a plus.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience working with B2B technology, telecommunications, or SaaS companies is advantageous but not required. An educational background in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred. Candidates based in the U.S. or those with prior experience working with U.S. clients will be given preference.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lahore Gulberg Colony. Candidates should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. The monthly compensation ranges from Rs70,000 to Rs100,000. A minimum of three years’ experience managing social media accounts is required, and fluency in English is mandatory.
