Job Summary
HallCrow Group is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join the creative team behind its prominent automotive brand, Zohama. This is a full-time remote position tailored for professionals based in the Pakistan time zone. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding, packaging design, catalogue layout, and digital visual storytelling. This role is strictly for seasoned designers with proven expertise; junior or less experienced candidates are advised not to apply.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets across multiple platforms. This includes designing product packaging, catalogues, banners, social media content, and advertising campaigns that reflect Zohama’s brand identity. A critical part of the role involves producing precise box and packaging designs tailored to the automotive product range.
Collaboration is key, as the designer will work closely with content and marketing teams to develop compelling promotional visuals. The role also requires creating digital assets for e-commerce platforms and print materials, ensuring consistency in brand presentation across all touchpoints.
Additionally, the designer must comply with mandatory time-tracking software to monitor work hours and maintain productivity aligned with project schedules.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional graphic design experience, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign—is essential.
Experience in box and packaging design is a must, along with skills in catalogue design, layout, and preparing print-ready files. A solid understanding of branding, visual identity, and digital design principles is required to maintain consistency and quality.
The role demands excellent time management and communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently. Familiarity with automotive or e-commerce design is considered an advantage but not mandatory.
Terms and Conditions
The position begins with a one-month probation period, after which successful candidates will have their contracts extended. Work hours will be strictly monitored through time-tracking software, and adherence to scheduled hours and task completion is compulsory.
All designs and materials created during employment are the intellectual property of HallCrow Group and Zohama. Candidates must maintain strict confidentiality regarding project details, branding elements, and company information.
This opportunity is exclusively for experienced designers specializing in packaging, branding, and catalogue design. Junior or beginner designers will not be considered.
Compensation and Work Schedule
This is a full-time remote role with a standard workweek of Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week). The starting salary is PKR 60,000 per month, with performance-based salary increments following contract extension.
The expected start date for this position is June 16, 2025.
