Key Responsibilities
The Truck Dispatcher will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and timely operations. This includes assisting in dispatching trucks and coordinating schedules to optimize routes and delivery times. You will be responsible for maintaining clear and effective communication with drivers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate seamless deliveries. Monitoring and tracking shipments is essential, with a proactive approach to resolving any issues that may arise during transit. Accurate record-keeping and documentation of all dispatch activities are mandatory to maintain operational transparency. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the dispatch team to improve overall efficiency and workflow.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have prior experience in truck dispatching or within the logistics industry, which will be highly advantageous. A minimum educational qualification of a graduate degree is required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively are essential to handle the multiple priorities that come with this role. Proficiency in dispatch software and the Microsoft Office Suite is necessary to perform daily tasks efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are critical for interacting with drivers, clients, and team members. The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment is a must.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from Rs80,000 to Rs100,000 per month, reflecting the importance of this role within our organization. The working hours for this position are from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, suited for candidates comfortable with evening shifts.
