Create Max is looking for a motivated and skilled WordPress Developer with at least one year of practical experience to join our growing team in North Karachi. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and customization. They will also be adept at transforming design files such as Figma or PSD into fully responsive, user-friendly WordPress websites. Key Responsibilities
The WordPress Developer will be responsible for developing and customizing WordPress themes and plugins to align with project specifications. A key part of the role involves converting design files from Figma or PSD formats into responsive websites that provide excellent user experiences across devices. The developer will utilize popular page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or similar tools to build engaging and visually appealing web pages. Troubleshooting and debugging technical issues promptly to maintain smooth website functionality is essential. Additionally, the developer will work closely with the team to implement new website features and enhancements, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of one year of hands-on experience in WordPress development. A strong grasp of WordPress themes, plugins, and customization techniques is essential. Proficiency in converting Figma or PSD design files into responsive WordPress websites is required. Experience with page builders such as Elementor or WPBakery is necessary to efficiently create and manage web pages. The role also demands solid knowledge of front-end and back-end web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Familiarity with Shopify is also expected. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless website performance.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While not mandatory, a basic understanding of SEO principles will be considered an advantage, helping to enhance website visibility and performance. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs50,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and skills. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, providing a balanced workweek. This is an in-person role based in North Karachi, allowing the developer to collaborate closely with a creative and dynamic team.
